REL’s founders recognise a burgeoning need for a specialist supplier into what is a highly technical market. As the resources markets continued to expand through mid 2005 through 2008 it was evident that we were going to experience a continued shortage of personnel specifically trained in pumping and pumping system design. Which, as a result of their extensive mining and oil and gas backgrounds, was generally only secondary to mining of the actual material, in most instances. Tony and Keith set about seeking out and securing some of the country's recognised and highly qualified personnel with backgrounds in design, engineering, construction, maintenance and management as well as establishing a regime of training for the future. As a result REL can offer its clients everything from a green or brown field’s operational methodology through fully engineered system design, detailed installation and operational scopes, full in-house custom equipment design and construction to Marine Orders 32 or XXX Standards, mobilisation to anywhere in the world, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance. We supply everything down to the very last nut bolt and washer and now with B2B, complete with full back to base or onsite management, operating and reporting.
